- What is Teleflex Marine OnBoard Rewards?
Teleflex Marine OnBoard Rewards program designed to reward you, our valued dealer.
You can earn reward points, which can then be redeemed for rewards chosen by you!
Plus, keep an eye out for instant Point Codes and special Teleflex Marine extra points which can even be found in Teleflex Marine and Sierra products!
- Who can participate?
Teleflex Marine OnBoard Rewards is available only to legitimate members of Teleflex Marine Dealer Network.
If you have already received your credentials, visit the Login page and log into the program.
- Can multiple people from my company participate in Teleflex Marine OnBoard Rewards?
Yes. The Principal/Owner of every company can invite his whole team of Employees to participate in the program. Each participant will have to individually accept the Program Terms and Conditions in order to access the Teleflex Marine OnBoard Rewards.
Please note that only participants who have successfully completed their registration process can be rewarded with points thru the different earning activities for the program.
- Who has to accept the Terms and Conditions?
Each participant will have to individually accept the Program Terms and Conditions in order to access the Teleflex Marine OnBoard Rewards.
- How do I participate?
If you are the Principal/Owner in your Company, you simply need to Login into your account. To become a Teleflex Marine Authorized Dealer, just complete and submit the requested information required on the Dealer Network application form.
Once your Company becomes a Teleflex Marine Authorized Dealer you will be able to complete your registration. Once your registration has been successfully completed, you can proceed to invite your Employees to become part of the program as well.
- What are the benefits of participating?
Teleflex Marine OnBoard Rewards offers a wide variety of rewards including gift cards, travel vouchers, and merchandise! By participating you will receive points, which can then be redeemed from the Teleflex Marine OnBoard Rewards Shop for the reward of your choice.
- What can I do with my reward points?
You can redeem your points at any time in our online Shop. Use your points at your convenience, or save them for bigger reward items – it’s up to you!
- What rewards can I earn?
The Teleflex Marine OnBoard Rewards Shop features a large selection of items including gift cards, exclusive travel vouchers, and top-of-the-line merchandise such as digital cameras, televisions, sporting equipment, and watches!

Earning Reward Points
- How do I earn reward points?
Reward points are accumulated by participating in the Teleflex Marine OnBoard Rewards activities, such as Trainings and Accreditation, Question of the Week, Surveys and more. Every time you succesfuly complete any of these activities you earn points.
Points can also be earned with Point Codes. Keep an eye out for Points Codes in Teleflex Marine or Sierra products. Point Codes can be deposited on the Teleflex Marine OnBoard Rewards website for instant points!
- What are Point Codes?
Point Codes are unique 16-digit codes that carry a point value. Enter any Point Codes you receive on the Teleflex Marine OnBoard Rewards website to deposit points to your account instantly.
- Do rewards points expire?
No. Points do not expire as long as you are employed by the same dealership.
- Can I transfer points to another participant’s account?
No, you cannot transfer points to another participant’s account. Each participant can only receive points for activities performed by them and points will only be issued to the participant account in which the eligible earning activities were successfully completed.
Redeeming Rewards
- When can I redeem my points?
You can redeem your reward points at any time in our online Shop.
- How do I redeem my points?
Visit the Teleflex Marine OnBoard Rewards Shop and search for rewards by department, point range, or keyword. When you have decided on a reward to order, add the desired item(s) to your Shopping Cart. You may also add items to your Wish List for purchase at a later date.
Check out and complete the shipping information to complete your order. You will receive an email confirmation for your order.
- Do I have to pay shipping and handling costs for my order?
No. You will never pay shipping or handling costs for your order(s).
- How long will it take to receive my order?
Rewards that are in stock generally ship within 72 hours. Merchandise items generally ship within 24 to 48 hours; however, depending on the size of the item and method of shipping it can take up to 30 days for larger item rewards such as televisions, to be received.
- Can I return or exchange my merchandise reward?
Yes, if you have a problem with your merchandise reward or receive a defective item, you can most certainly return it. Please note however, that we can we only accept returns of merchandise items. Merchant gift certificates or travel experiences cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please make sure to keep the original packaging and receipts from your order and Contact Us for instructions about returning your reward.
- Can I use my reward points to pay for online purchases made on other websites?
No, points can only be used in the Teleflex Marine OnBoard Rewards Shop.

- What if I forgot my password or login name?
Please use the Forgot Password? form to receive a password reminder email. You can also Contact Us for assistance.
- What is my Account Statement?
Your Account Statement displays the points earned, spent, and the remaining available balance. When you earn points they are credited to your account and when you redeem points, those points are deducted from your account. You can also view the Detailed Account Statement for a more detailed record of transactions.
- How do I update my contact information?
The Profile section of the site allows you to review your profile and update your information.
- What are the Tax Liabilities?
In the USA, Participants will be personally responsible for any and all federal, state and/or local taxes resulting from acceptance of a reward. The redemptions of Points and receipt of rewards with a fair market value exceeding $600 per calendar year constitutes a taxable benefit for the Participant. Should the value of the rewards (product cost without shipping and tax costs) received exceed $600 per calendar year, the IRS requires reporting such individuals on Form 1099-MISC. Therefore the Administrator will issue the Form 1099-MISC directly to each Participant for whom the value of rewards received equals or exceed $600 per calendar year. Participant agrees to supply its Social Security Number solely for this purpose. Neither the Sponsor, nor the Administrator will take responsibility for the payment of these taxes and neither does in any case assume this liability. The Form 1099-MISC will be sent by the Administrator to the Participant on or before January 31 of the year following the calendar year in which the Rewards were received, and to the IRS on or before February 28 of that year.
In Canada, participants will be personally responsible for any and all taxes resulting from acceptance of a reward. The redemption of Points and receipt of rewards with a fair market value exceeding $500Cdn per calendar year constitutes a taxable benefit to the Participant. Should the value of the rewards (product cost without shipping and tax costs) received exceed $500Cdn per calendar year; the Canadian Revenue Agency requires reporting such individuals on Form T4A. Therefore the Administrator will issue the Form T4A directly to each Participant for whom the value of rewards received equals or exceed $500Cdn per calendar year. Participant agrees to supply its Social Identification Number solely for this purpose. Neither the Sponsor nor the Administrator will take responsibility for the payment of these taxes, and neither does in any case assume this liability. The Form T4A will be sent by the Administrator to the payee on or before January 31 of the year following the calendar year in which the rewards were received, and to the Canadian Revenue Agency on or before February 28 of that year.
